Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally and worldwide.
• If you order more than one InsmireMug, we may choose to ship your order in different packages to optimize fulfillment and delivery.   

Shipping times:

• Quality is extremely important to us and therefore we custom build your InspireMug at the the time you place your order.  Therefore, our estimated delivery time is calculated using the formula below fulfillment time + shipping time = estimated delivery time.  
• Fulfillment Times: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing longer than usual shipping times because the logistics chain is prioritizing medical supplies.  Our current fulfillment times are between 1-3 business days. 
• Shipping Times: Our current shipping times are between 3-4 business days.
• Our Estimated Delivery Times are between 5-7 business days.  We sincerely apologize for this delay, but we know that you will truly enjoy your InspireMug when it arrives.  
• Shipping times might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Your shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products in your cart.  InspireMugs are ceramic and therefore have weight to them for durability.  For our US based customers, our current shipping rates are $6.99 for your first InspireMug and $4 for each additional InspireMug in your cart (upto 8). 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards and PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@inspiremug.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions of where to send returned goods. We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, you shall receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
